Inspired by her Italian heritage and encouraged by her Nonna, Vanessa grew up with a passion and love for cooking. She began her professional journey in 1992 and grew to become one of Sydney's most celebrated female chefs whilst running her own restaurants and earning numerous Chef Hat awards along the way.  Her fierce drive and undeniable talent have seen her create, consult for and polish many businesses in the food and hospitality sector. At over 25 years experience in the industry, Vanessa now offers private/corporate catering and food consulting under her own brand 'VM Consulting + Catering.'  With her warm approach, Vanessa can create a culinary masterpiece for any event or requirement and has the ability to cook in a range of styles from casual to fine dining.
